An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced leader to join Public Health Wales, Health Protection Division as an Operational Improvement Manager. This high-profile role will lead and support service improvement and transformation programmes, helping to embed a culture of continuous improvement and deliver measurable impact across the organisation. Please note: For anyone applying internal to NHS, they will be appointed on a secondment only and will need to gain approval from their substantive manager before applying.,
- Lead and deliver service improvement and transformation initiatives
- Support the development of a continuous improvement culture across teams
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to redesign and improve services
- Use data and insight to identify opportunities and drive measurable outcomes
- Influence and support senior leaders to align improvement with strategic priorities
