Operational Excellence Specialist

We're looking for an ambitious Operational Excellence Specialist to join our Central Operational Excellence team. Working closely with site leadership teams, you'll help drive performance improvements, close operational gaps and support the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across our Added Value business. What You'll Do

• Drive KPI improvement and gap closure across sites.
• Support and sustain Operational Excellence Management Pillars.
• Coach and influence teams to embed best practice.
• Lead benchmarking and improvement activities.
• Support labour optimisation and performance initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver business improvement projects.
  
  Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or food production.
• Continuous Improvement experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
