Full Job Description

As an Operational Coordinator, you will:

  • Help manage international moves from the point they are booked through to completion.
  • Monitor the progress of jobs to make sure they stay on track and meet agreed timelines.
  • Work as part of a team providing support across a 24-hour operation.
  • Spot potential problems or delays and help find solutions to keep services running smoothly.
  • Keep customers, colleagues, and clients informed of any updates, changes, or delays.
  • Receive and prioritise requests for removals and relocation services.
  • Check information is accurate and complete, contacting customers where details are missing.
  • Create, update, and maintain records using company systems.
  • Ensure any changes or cancellations are passed to the right teams quickly.
  • Keep information up to date so everyone has access to the latest job status.
  • Be the first point of contact for customer questions and help resolve issues where possible.
  • Use vehicle tracking systems to monitor journeys and movements.
  • Report any incidents or concerns to management promptly.
