ROLE: Operational Control Centre Coordinator SALARY: £30,583.00 per annum LOCATION: Gatwick Airport As a team of Operational Control Centre Coordinators, you provide 24/7 operational cover and oversight for International Removals, working with multi skilled colleagues you will coordinate movements from start to end of process to ensure efficiency and compliance. • Reviews timings against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• As a team of Operational Coordinators provide 24/7 operational cover and oversight for International Removals.
• Assists in decision making on jobs, advising and instructing relevant parties accordingly.
• Monitors jobs in progress and provides a back-up/alternative solution for any issues or delays.
• First point of contact for customers, stakeholders and clients to answer queries and resolve issues.
• Correctly escalating and updating the Operational Control Manager of any incidents that may occur.

• Personal skills such as negotiation, problem solving and the ability to build sound professional relationships.
• Ability to become security cleared via a Home Office Counter Terrorist Clearance (CTC) check.
