Incomplete applications may not be considered., The successful candidate will support the scaling of the company's lending operations and internal processes by analysing operational data, improving workflows, managing reporting processes, and ensuring operational efficiency.,
- Analyse and improve end-to-end operational workflows to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across lending and customer onboarding processes.
- Review existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions.
- Develop and document operational procedures, process flows, and improvement initiatives.
- Support the implementation of systems, tools, and automation solutions that enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
- Perform regular data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports, databases, and operational systems.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity across operational processes.
- Monitor data quality and escalate significant inconsistencies or operational risks to senior management.
- Support the development of accurate operational reports and dashboards.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly operational data packs for investors and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy of key lending metrics, portfolio performance reports, and operational updates.
- Analyse operational trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Translate complex operational data into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support the day-to-day management of the lending portfolio, including loan processing, disbursements, and repayment monitoring.
- Ensure operational activities are completed in line with internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor lending activities and support smooth execution of loan lifecycle processes.
- Assist in identifying operational challenges affecting customer experience and portfolio performance.
- Support the implementation and management of internal operational tools and software solutions.
- Improve data collection, reporting processes, and workflow efficiency through technology adoption.
- Ensure operational systems are properly maintained and used effectively across teams.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to improve internal tools and processes.
- Work closely with Finance, Product, Account Management, and other departments to support daily operations.
- Collaborate on operational projects and business improvement initiatives.
- Provide analytical support to teams through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration across departments.

- Be able to work effectively with teams operating across different locations and time zones.
- Demonstrate strong communication, accountability, and self-management skills required for remote work.
- Have relevant experience in operations, data analysis, business analysis, or financial services., The role requires a highly analytical individual with strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across Finance, Product, and Account Management teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing scalable processes, improving data accuracy, enhancing operational performance, and supporting the company's growth objectives.,
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations, business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Previous experience working within financial services, lending, banking, or fintech is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and modelling.
- Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse operational data and provide meaningful business insights.
- Strong process documentation and workflow improvement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of responsibilities., Experience working within a fintech startup or fast-growing financial services organisation.
- Knowledge of lending operations, loan management processes, and credit portfolio monitoring.
- Experience preparing investor reports, operational dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Experience with data reconciliation, reporting automation, and operational analytics.
- Experience implementing operational systems, workflow improvements, or automation solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP platforms, and business intelligence tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and ownership.
