Full Job Description
The post holder will need to be an experienced Operating Department Practitioner who has knowledge and extensive anaesthetic experience across a variety of specialities. They need to have excellent leadership and clinical skills and able to act effectively as a team leader, providing clinical leadership and management support to ensure agreed standards, objectives and targets are met. The post holder as a clinical expert in Operating Department Practice will also be required to act within their professional boundaries to provide care for patients. They will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary care team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
