We are looking for a motivated and organised Online Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of online sales, customer enquiries, orders, product listings and stock information.,

• Respond to customer enquiries and orders through email, online chat and social media.
• Process online sales orders accurately and coordinate with logistics for delivery.
• Maintain and update product listings on the company website and e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability is accurately reflected online.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Work with the marketing team to support online promotions and special offers.
• Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Follow company policies, procedures and relevant industry requirements.
  
  Previous experience in sales administration, online sales or customer service is desirable.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Good IT skills and confidence using online sales platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
