Full Job Description
The Online Product Lister plays a vital role in generating income for Scope to support disabled people and their families. A key part of this role is listing a variety of donated items for sale on Scopes online selling channels., The hub operates from 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Some evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working will be required in line with eCommerce Hub operating hours., In this role, you will:
Produce clear, informative content to help customers understand and purchase products confidently.
Work with a wide variety of items, including home and garden products, clothing, and seasonal goods such as cards and gifts.
Handle a frequently changing product range, ensuring each listing is tailored appropriately.
Create high-quality online listings by capturing accurate product photography and writing detailed, engaging descriptions.
Carry out product research to ensure listings are accurate and reflect key features and benefits.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Good communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and accurate copy for product listings.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all product information, descriptions, and images are accurate and of a high standard.
Ability to carry out online product research effectively, using initiative to gather relevant and reliable information.
Confident working towards daily targets, managing time and tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good level of physical fitness, as the role involves regular manual handling and moving stock throughout the day., Scope is a Disability Confident Leader.
