Online Merchandising Executive Ecommerce - musicMagpie

You'll support with SEO initiatives to improve website visibility, organic traffic and onsite content performance. You'll find ways to enhance the UX customer journey through engaging digital experiences and maximise commercial performance. You'll create performance reports with actionable insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for testing and optimisation. Additionally, you'll be:

• Coordinating onsite merchandising activity across digital channels, ensuring products, categories, promotions and campaigns are effectively presented to customers.
• Developing onsite content and ecommerce product rankings, landing pages, collections, banners, carousels and promotional campaigns to support commercial objectives.
• Supporting the delivery of the marketing calendar by implementing seasonal campaigns, promotions, discount codes and content updates aligned to business priorities.
• Monitoring and analysing website, campaign and merchandising performance, producing regular reports for senior leadership and identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement, conversion and commercial results.

• We're looking for experience in an ecommerce, online merchandising or trading role.
• You'll bring reporting skills, using performance data and insights to inform decisions, optimise activity, and improve results.
• Experience in testing and optimisation methods and knowledge in Google Analytics would be an advantage.
• We're looking for great attention to detail, a commercial mindset, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
