Onboarding Specialist

Insight Global are seeking a Junior Onboarding Consultant for a leading financial services organisation based in London.This position requires 5 days onsite in London, UK for a 12-month contract and is Inside IR35.As a Junior Onboarding Consultant, you will join a team responsible for onboarding institutional clients and ensuring they are fully set up to trade. Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle, you will coordinate with a range of internal stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Sales, and AML teams to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within financial services, combining client relationship management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment. through to trading readiness.Must-Have Requirements Include:Experience supporting client onboarding activities within investment banking, asset management, or financial services environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent organisation and project coordination abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingExperience working directly with clients within financial servicesPlusses Include:Legal or paralegal backgroundExperience coordinating with Compliance, AML, Regulatory, or Legal teamsExposure to institutional client onboarding processesExperience working within investment banking or capital markets environments
