Full Job Description
The Onboarding Clerk is an important operational role within the Talent & Recruitment team, responsible for managing the end-to-end pre-employment compliance process for all new starters across the Group - from offer acceptance through to confirmed start date. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the postholder ensures that all required checks are completed accurately, compliantly, and as quickly as possible, removing barriers to a prompt start and giving new starters the best possible first experience of Healthcare Ireland.
Speed and compliance are equally important in this role. The Onboarding Clerk works closely with Regional Recruiters, Home Managers, the Quality & Governance Directorate, and the Training & Practice Development team to ensure every new starter is compliantly cleared, warmly welcomed, and ready to contribute from day one.
