Services to schools will focus on the delivery of mentoring support for pupils as well as sessions with smaller groups of pupils. Community-based programmes will be in youth clubs, parks and other open spaces delivering sports, outreach and detached work, as well as responding to support from our partners organisations in reducing ASB.

As a Youth Worker you'll have a strong working record and experience of coaching and be qualified to NGB Level 2 standard in at least one of the traditional sports, or have a nationally recognised Youth Work qualification. You'll need to be able to work during school hours (term time), during the day, evenings, and periods during school holidays. Flexibility exists within this. Your own transport would be beneficial but is not essential. The successful candidate will be provided with set working hours but may be required to work additional hours at peak times.
