A minimum of 18 months of working experience in IT support
Experience in 1st and 2nd line PC support
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience or active interest in command/shell scripting
Familiarity with Excel workbook formula optimizing and/or macro debugging is ideal
Knowledge of script writing (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PowerShell)
Basic understanding of SQL query writing
Useful skills include Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Entra ID, and Oracle NetSuite, particularly SuiteScript
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration and query writing is a plus
Familiarity with JavaScript and Freemarker is advantageous
