  • Creating and maintaining Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and performance reports to monitor key metrics such as throughput, pick rates, and accuracy
  • Identifying trends, patterns, and performance anomalies to support operational decision-making
  • Working closely with operational teams to investigate performance issues and support root cause analysis
  • Troubleshooting system and equipment-related queries through data analysis and operational investigation
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations
  • Ensuring data accuracy and completing administrative reporting tasks to a high standard

You will be someone who enjoys working with data, thrives on problem solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate information that supports operational success.
  • We're particularly interested in candidates who:
  • Have strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and data validation
  • Can analyse complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Are exceptional communicators, comfortable engaging with site customers, stakeholders, and colleagues at all levels
  • Have strong communication skills and can explain data clearly to a range of audiences
  • Are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Take a proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimisation
  • Work collaboratively and build positive relationships across operational teams
