OMFS / ENT Admissions Team Leader

The post holder will be required to work with Senior Management to support the Scheduling service within the Oral & Maxillofacial / ENT departments in providing effective day-to-day operational management and service improvement.,

• Supervising the schedulers, ensuring theatre lists are fully utilised and prepared properly.
• Liaise with internal and external colleagues to share patient pathway information and diagnostic information and expedite patient journeys where needed.
• Ensure trust systems are updated with patient pathway status information and that data quality is maintained.
• Attend all Theatre meetings, ensuring all required relevant information/data is prepared and availablefor the meetings.
• Keep an accurate record of team members' annual leave, sickness, and other leave requirements
