Office & People Coordinator

We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focusedOffice & People Coordinatorto help create an outstanding colleague experience and ensure our London office runs smoothly every day. You'll play a key role in supporting onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, workplace operations, facilities management and organisational events.

As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for workplace and people-related queries, helping to create a welcoming, inclusive and well-organised environment where colleagues can thrive., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. We'll aim to resolve the reported issue and we'll use your feedback to improve the quality of our ads.

You'll have experience in administration, facilities coordination or HR support, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to solving problems. Most importantly, you'll enjoy helping people and creating positive workplace experiences.
