Alkerden Church of England All-Through Academy is seeking a talented, organised, and committed Office Manager to join our dynamic and welcoming team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual who is passionate about providing an efficient, professional, and supportive administrative service and who enjoys working in a busy school environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth and effective day-to-day running of the school office. They will be responsible for coordinating administrative processes, supporting staff, students, parents, and visitors, maintaining accurate records, managing communications, and ensuring that the school office operates efficiently and professionally. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, flexibility, and a proactive approach. The successful candidate will be someone who can prioritise effectively, remain calm under pressure, and build positive relationships with colleagues, families, and the wider school community.
