Full Job Description
As an Early Years Assistant at Busy Bees, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging environment for children. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your journey in the early years sector, where you will receive on-the-job training and support from experienced team members, helping you to grow and develop your skills in a nurturing and dynamic environment.,
- Providing first class administrative support and personal assistance to the Nursery Manager.
- Ensure the efficiency of the day to day running of the nursery.
- Follow the company's policies and procedures, whilst at all times complying with data protection legislation.
- As the needs of our children comes first, you will be required to occasionally support in base rooms (all training will be provided).
Essential skills and experience for our Nursery Office Manager : - Previous experience using Microsoft systems
- Experience within Office Management or Administration is essential
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Confident communicator verbally and written
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach
