work ethicMotivate and lead all employees to perform their roles to a high standard and in alignment to Sodexo policies and proceduresBuild and maintain excellent Client relationshipsComply with all Sodexo Company policies/procedures and client site rules and regulations.Support with the monthly team briefing meetings using the Company Team Brief formatTo monitor and report all staff absenceEnsure all team members training is kept up to date Complete weekly stock takes and manage onsite stock levelsTo complete any reasonable requests from Management.What you'll bring:Previous cleaning supervisor experienceYou're happy working solo or teaming up with othersYou're flexible and ready to jump into whatever the day brings with a hands on approachYou're a team player with good spoken and written communication skillsYou're proactiveResilient, with a can-do attitudeExcellent interpersonal skillsReliable and trustworthyWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.Belong in a company and team that values you for you.
