Description
Working alongside our Facilities team and reporting on a day-to-day basis to the Facilities & Coordinator, this role is responsible for completing the full range of cleaning tasks required in order to keep our offices in a clean and orderly condition. The role is onsite working at our Derby office Monday to Friday from 4pm to 8pm totalling 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and stock all office areas, including dusting, vacuuming, surface cleansing, bathroom cleaning, touch points, refuse duties; Check stock levels of all cleaning products on a regular basis and report order requirements to the Facilities & Office Services Manager; Carry out deep cleaning tasks where required; Cooperate with all staff and clients in a friendly and professional manner; Follow all health & safety regulations and internal risk assessments; Maintain ISO 14001 Environmental standards through correct refuse disposal; Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as instructed by the Facilities & Office Services Manager.

Meetings & Events Support
- Provide ad-hoc support for large meetings and company events, which may include pre-event set-up support and post-event cleaning as required.
Flexibility
- Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate additional cleaning requirements that may arise outside the normal routine.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous experience in an Office Cleaning role.
- Be hardworking and be a good team player.
- Excellent communications skills and confidentiality.
- Disclosure will be required in the event that a position is offered.
- Financial checks will be required in the event that a position is offered.
