Full Job Description

prioritise their own workload to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in delivering objectives whilst working with minimal supervision. To provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the team and support the Office Manager with administrative duties including but not limited to: Receiving and processing referral, sending out patient appointment letters, receiving phone calls from patients and the public, amending appointments, getting clinic documentation ready and processing documentation on return, safe handling of patient information, minute taking and the production and distribution of reports, consistent with Trust procedures and quality standards. Supporting teams to collate quality assurance information including collating/uploading CQC evidence, supporting in the production of complaint reports. To maintain and update all related filing systems, ensuring fully electronic storage & retrieval Being proactive and able to demonstrate good organisational skills and

excellent communication skills both in verbal and written correspondence. To workflexibly to provide cover for colleagues in the event of absences.
