Join a dynamic and forward-thinking Therapy team within the Eastern Integrated Community Stroke Service (ICSS). We are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred stroke rehabilitation and are committed to supporting our therapists to develop as clinical specialists and leaders.

Our service supports patients as they transition from hospital to home, delivering intensive, goal-oriented rehabilitation. Occupational Therapy plays a central role in enabling patients to regain independence, participate in meaningful activities, and safely reintegrate into their home and community environments.

As a Band 7 Occupational Therapist, you will manage a complex community stroke caseload while providing clinical leadership within the multidisciplinary team. You will deliver evidence-based interventions, including task-specific training to improve functional independence, upper limb rehabilitation approaches such as constraint-induced movement therapy, and rehabilitation for cognitive, perceptual, and visual impairments.

You will contribute to the ongoing development of the service, including innovative approaches such as telerehabilitation and group-based therapy to enhance access, intensity, and continuity of care. Working within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will partner closely with colleagues in physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, nursing, medicine, and social care to deliver integrated, person-centred rehabilitation.
