Occupational Therapist (Stonegate)

Your RoleAs an Occupational Therapist at Bricklehurst Manor School, you will:
Collaborate with the education team to provide tailored OT assessments and interventions for students with developmental trauma, neurodivergence, or SEMH needs.
Follow the OFG Occupational Therapy Ways of Working, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
Manage your own caseload with the support of a designated clinical supervisor and Lead Clinician.
Contribute to staff training and consultations, enhancing the skills of your colleagues.

Who We're Looking ForWe seek a resilient, creative, and enthusiastic individual who shares our vision of empowering students. You should have:
Allied Health Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy
Valid and up-to-date HCPC Registration
Registered membership with RCOT
Experience in providing OT services in a similar setting (preferred)
Knowledge of working with neurodivergent individuals and those with learning difficulties
Strong clinical understanding of OT theory and its practical applications
Ability to work independently and confidently in a school environment
Excellent report writing skills
A full UK driving licence and access to a car
Interest in sensory integration or sensory-informed practice (training preferred but not essential)
