Summary
OT (working in the Community Learning Disability Team) in Berkshire Healthcare NHS - Learning Disability Service - Fixed Term Contract
Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Community OT Band 6, (37.5 hours per week), FIXED TERM contract 12 Months) to work in our Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities in the Bracknell locality.
You will work with a diverse population in both urban and rural settings providing Community OT interventions based on identified needs, to adults who have a learning disability within any community setting. The post holder will also provide advice and support to families/carers and other provider agencies and their employees across Bracknell & Wokingham.

- Registered OT - with experience of working with people with Learning Disabilities
- Current OT Registration
- To hold a driving licence and have access to a car.
- To have a good understanding of reasonable adjustment
