Occupational Therapist Assistant

This is a role for an Occupational Therapist Assistant to work at the Brighton and Hove Clinic, which provides a Children and Young People's Mental Health Services (CYPMHS) Tier 4 Eating Disorder service for young people aged 12 up to 18 years. The Occupational Therapist Assistant will support the service in delivering structured activities and assist in the planning for individual and group therapeutic interventions, helping to change the lives of young people with eating disorders., As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will contribute to the assessment, monitoring, evaluation, and modification of structured activities in order to measure progression and ensure effectiveness. You will build one-to-one rapports with service users to encourage participation in activities and empower recovery. This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, requiring work on weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and school holidays.
