Full Job Description
You will be part of a generic Adult Social Care team, maintaining a strong focus on quality, outcomes and strengths-based practice while working at pace.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Strengths-Based Practitioners, you will work closely with health colleagues, commissioned providers and internal partners to ensure coordinated, safe and effective support for residents and those supported by the City., Reporting to the Lead Occupational Therapist, you will play an active role in developing Adult Social Care across the Square Mile.
You will be a qualified and registered Occupational Therapist with experience in assessments and rehabilitation working with a range of service users in the community. You will be a confident practitioner who can build effective and meaningful relationships with service users and other professionals, act as an advocate and promote positive outcomes whilst working at pace and support the review and development of practice within the Square Mile.
