Full Job Description

We are looking to hire an Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide occupational therapy assessments and treatment services for clients admitted to the adult inpatient wards at Tower Hamlets Centre for Mental Health (TMCMH). This role involves collaborating closely with community teams inpatient teams and the OT team to ensure a smooth transition from hospital to community care., To undertake Occupational Therapy assessments, treatments and evaluations of Adult mental health patients in Tower Hamlets Centre for Mental Health and community - on one to one and group basis.
