Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team supporting people receiving palliative and end-of-life care. This is a unique opportunity to work across the community and hospice setting, helping patients live independently, comfortably, and meaningfully. As an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver specialist, holistic palliative care to people with complex needs at the end of life. You will support patients to maintain independence, maximise quality of life and focus on what matters most to them. Working closely with families, carers and colleagues across the hospice, you will help people navigate the challenges of living with a life-limiting illness, dying and bereavement with compassion, dignity and respect in line with our values of compassion, dignity, person-centred care and quality of life.
