We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Occupational Therapist who is passionate about recovery-focused person-centred care to join our Mental Health Integrated Network Team (MINT) providing community based care in Ealing. This is an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist looking to develop into a confident senior clinician while making a meaningful difference to the lives of people experiencing mental health challenges. Whether you already have community mental health experience or are looking to build on your existing skills, this role offers the support, supervision and development opportunities to help you thrive. You will work alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams, managing your own clinical caseload while developing specialist skills in assessment, intervention and recovery-focused practice., We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join MINT our Community Mental Health Service. You will manage a varied clinical caseload of adults aged 18-65 with a range of mental health conditions, delivering high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy and care coordination interventions that promote recovery, independence and meaningful participation in daily life. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a defined caseload, undertaking comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and developing evidence-based, client-centred intervention plans using sound clinical reasoning.
  • Completing initial assessments, contributing to risk assessments, crisis plans and care plans, and participating in ongoing care coordination where appropriate.
  • Supporting service users and their carers to develop personalised goals and implementing trauma informed approaches that maximise occupational performance and social inclusion.
