Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload, planning and facilitating evidence-based therapeutic programs, and promoting patient independence. You will respond swiftly to new admissions, conduct assessments, contribute to risk evaluations, and maintain accurate records. Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and their support networks is crucial. A degree in Occupational Therapy, a UK HCPC registration, and experience in mental health settings are required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
