Occupational Therapist

This role supports the delivery of high-quality client care by working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adults with mental health conditions. You will assess clients' functional abilities and needs, develop, and deliver evidence-based interventions to promote recovery, independence, and wellbeing, and work collaboratively with clients, carers, and other professionals to achieve shared goals. The post holder will also work closely with colleagues to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently, The post holder will be responsible for managing their own workload, prioritising tasks effectively, and ensuring deadlines are met. They will be expected to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to high standards.
