Full Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a occupational health technician to join our friendly team. We are based in East London with good links to all public transport networks. You will have the opportunity to work for a large trust that looks after 19,000 staff and work in a multi-disciplinary team. You will have access to training to develop your expertise in assessments for NHS staff from a variety of occupations and our corporate clients. If you are passionate about how we treat our own in the NHS and want to make an impact for quality and safety of staff to be fit for purpose and feeling in a good place with good psychological well being, then the need is out there for you to assist in supporting people, who need your expertise, This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team of occupational health specialists. Our current model allows for a good work/life balance with the advantage of working in a large acute trust with access to agreed pathways to seek specialist advice. With relevant experience, a competitive salary can be offered.

  • You will have the opportunity to undertake clinics (consulting with staff on their new roles and ensuring that they have the correct immunisations requirements).

This role will support the clinical team and be involved in the wider wellbeing services in the department and will involve a defined range of tests and procedures under a level of clinical supervision and governance.
