Occupational Health Nurse

We're looking for an experienced Nurse to join our on-site Occupational Health and First Aid Centre, caring for guests and a workforce of over 1,500 colleagues. You'll deliver proactive occupational health services, ensure regulatory compliance and provide emergency first aid and minor treatment when needed. What you'll be doing

• Conduct health screenings and fitness-for-work assessments
• Deliver immunisation programmes, health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
• Collaborate with the People team and Occupational Health team to support mental health strategy

Your working hours
• Part-time contract, shifts fall between 8:30am and 5:00pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 80 hours over a 4 - week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes occasional weekend work and bank holidays
  
  Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a Nurse
• Qualification in AED/BLS/Anaphylaxis use
• Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
• Able to work independently or in a team
• Calm under pressure with excellent communication and decision-making skills
• IT proficient in Microsoft Office and related systems
