PAM Group is seeking a dedicated and professional Occupational Health Nurse to deliver high-quality health screening services across the EKFB contract. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with employees and managers while contributing to safe, effective, and high-quality Occupational Health provision.
This is a rewarding position for someone who is passionate about promoting employee wellbeing, enjoys working autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team, and values delivering an exceptional service., As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a key part in supporting our client and clinical teams to ensure the delivery of outstanding Occupational Health services. You will carry out health screening and surveillance activities, promote wellbeing, ensure compliance standards are met, and uphold the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
Some travel may be required to provide cover for annual leave or sickness, though PAM will always endeavour to keep this to a minimum., Clinical Delivery
Carry out a full range of health screening and health surveillance in line with client requirements and clinical standards.
Conduct drug and alcohol screening and health & safety checks.
Assist with health promotion activities, including drop-in sessions, wellbeing materials, and delivering wellbeing presentations.
Operational Excellence
Use company systems effectively (including OHIO) and maintain strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office and internet use).
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, uploaded correctly, and stored in accordance with Data Protection Principles.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Support KPI achievement and ensure consistency in service delivery.
Monitor system compliance to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Quality, Compliance & Governance
Ensure work aligns with PAM's accreditations, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SEQOHS, RISQS and IIP.
Ensure medical equipment is calibrated and safety tested.
Deliver an excellent customer experience and uphold PAM's standards of Safe, Effective, and Quality care.
Teamwork & Collaboration
Provide support to new team members during onboarding and training.
Escalate concerns appropriately and in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with the wider Occupational Health team to contribute to business success and high-quality service delivery.
NMC registration (no restrictions).
Driving license essential & access to a vehicle
Previous experience delivering health screening and promoting healthy living within a similar sector.
Strong communication skills and confidence managing client interactions.
Highly organised, process-driven, and able to prioritise effectively.
Good IT literacy and ability to use digital systems confidently.
Ability to collate, prepare, and deliver wellbeing content.
A strong team player who is committed to maintaining professional standards.
Clear understanding of confidentiality and data protection.

Occupational Health Nurse - Fixed Term contract 2 years (with potential to extend)
Full-Time ¦ Monday-Friday ¦ 40 hours per week (08:15-16:45)
Travel is an essential part of the role:
West Street MK18 2EP, the other will be at Small Dean HP22 6PQ 25 miles from MK; A41 Bicester HP18 0PX 16 miles from MK, Chipping Warden NN11 6UA 28 miles from MK and A43 Brackley South NN13 7TY, 23 miles from MK.
This position is to cover the South and North of the trace depending on requirements. The post holder will need to be willing to visit any of the medical centres within their patch and to cover for each other for annual leave / sickness., Our Benefits Package
