Occupational Health Advisor

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified individual with management experience to further expand their skills and expertise; playing a crucial role in proving a compassionate, professional clinical service that is instrumental in the quality of care our clients receive. They will have overall responsibility for the small onsite comprising of OHN, OHA, Physio and OHT. This is a full- time opportunity where the successful individual will work Monday-Friday typically 8.00am-4.00pm with some cover occasionally until 6.00pm. Occupational Health Advisor with Transport experience to work at their site in Kent. Our client is interested in applications from experienced OHA's, with an OH qualification, and with a wide experience in all aspects of OHA practice, in particular sickness absence and wellbeing. You must have a UK driving licence and your own car. The role involves 60% case management and 40% wellbeing. This is a newly created role so you will be tasked with setting up a brand-new wellbeing programme for the business. You will therefore need to be a dynamic worker with the capacity to manage both aspects of the role. • NMC Registration Essential (Nursing & Midwifery Council)
• Be a Registered General Nurse
• Be on part 3 of the NMC register
• Full UK Driving License

• Post registration experience in a variety of settings.

The successful Occupational Health Advisor would be required to maintain excellent client relationships, for this reason successful candidates must be able to organise, prioritise and co-ordinate their workload. Confidence and first-rate communication skills are essential.
