Full Job Description
- Deliver high-quality, client-focused Occupational Health programmes of care, responding to the complex and changing health and wellbeing needs of the workforce.
- Manage a specialist clinical caseload, including case management, health assessments, statutory health surveillance, immunisation and advisory work.
- Provide expert, evidence-based Occupational Health advice to employees, managers and HR, supporting safe return-to-work and stay-at-work decisions.
- Work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team, exercising advanced clinical judgement.
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision and support to junior staff, acting as a role model for best practice. Contribute to service development, quality improvement, audit, governance and SEQOHS compliance.
- Build effective working relationships across the Trust and with external stakeholders to support organisational objectives.
- Support the day-to-day operational running of the Occupational Health service.
Registered Nurse with a recordable Occupational Health qualification (e.g. SCPHN (OH) Part 3 NMC or equivalent) and evidence of continuous personal, professional and academic development. Desirable criteria - Master Level Degree in relevant subjects
- Experience in NHS and private sector OH capacity at senior level., You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
