Full Job Description
- We design, implement, and manage observability solutions using industry-leading tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, and Splunk.
- We collect and analyse telemetry data, including metrics, logs, traces, and events, to diagnose and resolve system and application performance issues.
- We integrate monitoring platforms with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and CI/CD pipelines to enable proactive alerting and resolution workflows.
- We act as a Monitoring & Observability SME within customer delivery teams.
- We support incident response activities and postmortems by identifying patterns, root causes, and optimisation opportunities.
- We work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices in observability and monitoring.
- We attend customer and project meetings to present monitoring solutions and technical designs.
- We proactively identify and highlight risks that could impact solution success. Technologies:

We need strong experience deploying and managing observability platforms, including Dynatrace, Grafana, and/or Splunk. - We need a deep understanding of telemetry signal analysis and performance monitoring.
- We need experience integrating observability tools with ITSM platforms and DevOps toolchains.
- We need the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues using monitoring insights.
- We need solid scripting experience in Python and/or PowerShell for automation and integration.
- We need familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, and with monitoring containerised environments such as Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- We need strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to draw meaningful insights from data.
- We need excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- We need experience working in Agile project environments such as Scrum and Kanban.
- We need a proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Dynatrace Associate & Pro certifications are required.
- Splunk Core Certified Power User certification is required.
- Experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering is desirable.
- Automation with Terraform or similar tools is desirable.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines is desirable.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for packaging and deployment is desirable.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies in fast-paced environments is desirable.
