Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse Associate to join to The Willow Group, a forward thinking and innovative GP group providing primary care services for 49,000 patients over 5 local sites in Gosport. We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated Nursing Associate with strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills. The post holder will work within their scope of practice to deliver high-quality patient care, manage appropriate clinics, and support health promotion, long-term condition management, and preventative care. Working closely with the practice team and wider primary care services, they will contribute to improving patient access, service delivery, and the overall patient experience.,
- The role of the nursing associate is to work within the Nursing and Midwifery Council scope of practice and fulfil the 6 Platforms.
