Nursing Associate - Older Peoples Medicine

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nursing Associate to join our Older Peoples Medicine team on Dunston Ward. This is a rewarding opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for older adults with a range of complex physical, cognitive, and social needs., Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting patients, service users, and their families across a range of care settings., As post holder you will provide and deliver safe, person-centred care to a designated group of patients, service users and families in a range of care settings under the direction of a registered nurse, without direct supervision in line with an agreed plan of care. To support the registered nurse by contributing to integrated care of on-going assessment and care planning for patients. To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH's values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence and demonstrate behaviors that support and encourage an inclusive culture.
