Full Job Description
We have an opportunity for aBand 4 Assistant Practitioner/Nursing Associate to join our friendly and supportive team on a13 month fixed term or secondmentbasis., To support service users in physical health screening and delivery of a range of physical health interventions, including physical observations, ECGs, phlebotomy (or a willingness to undertake appropriate training) for people presenting with mental health problems. The role requires good organisational skills to plan and organise running regular physical health clinics or home visits to ensure our service users are supported. Alongside this, there is the opportunity to support service users around social recovery and be a valued team member. If you are passionate about supporting service users who are experiencing psychosis and want to make an important contribution, we look forward to hearing from you., To support service users in physical health screening and delivery of a range of physical health interventions, including physical observations, ECGs, phlebotomy (or a willingness to undertake appropriate training) for people presenting with mental health problems. The role requires good organisational skills to plan and organise running regular physical health clinics or home visits to ensure our service users are supported as part of our EI model. Alongside this, there is the opportunity to support service users around social recovery and be a valued team member. The successful applicant will have a Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care / Mental Health at L5.
