Package Description: Are you a compassionate and motivated Nursing Associate looking to develop your skills and make a real difference to people in their own homes and communities? We are looking for a Nursing Associate to join our friendly Community Nursing Team, working alongside a wider multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, holistic and person-centred care to patients on the district nursing caseload. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your knowledge and skills across a broad range of community settings, supporting people of all ages and working with individuals to promote their independence, dignity and wellbeing. Youll have the opportunity to develop a wide range of clinical competencies while building strong relationships with patients, families and colleagues. As a Nursing Associate, youll work within your scope of practice and competency framework, carrying out a range of duties delegated by registered practitioners. Youll be supported to develop your
confidence and clinical skills while also having the opportunity to work independently, always remaining accountable to the appropriate registered practitioner. You will be expected to uphold the N, The role involves joining a Community Nursing Team to provide high-quality, holistic and person-centred care to patients. As a Nursing Associate, you'll work within your scope of practice carrying out duties delegated by registered practitioners, aiming to support people of all ages and promote their independence, dignity, and wellbeing. This position provides a broad range of community settings to develop various clinical competencies, while youll build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. You must uphold the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice and Behaviour for Nursing Associates, demonstrating core nursing values: compassion, competence, communication, courage, care, and commitment. The role demands excellent communication skills, independence, and the ability to use your own initiative while working closely with registered professionals. Requirements include registration as a Nurse Associate with the NMC and a full UK driving licence with access

to a vehicle, with previous experience in a care or health setting considered desirable.
