Full Job Description

We're looking for two experienced Nursing Associates who will support the day-to-day delivery of healthcare, health monitoring, health facilitation, health promotion and clinical interventions for students with complex needs. Key Responsibilities - Contribute towards high-quality, person-centred healthcare and support the effective operation of the nursing service - Build robust relationships with students, families, education staff, therapy teams and external professionals - Assist with the delivery of health-related training where appropriate and under the guidance of a Registered Nurse - Support a designated programme of student mental health and wellbeing interventions under the direction of the Registered Nurse and wider multidisciplinary team. - Contribute to the implementation and review of healthcare plans through information gathering and health monitoring - Support the development of health knowledge and awareness amongst education and support staff
