Full Job Description
Are you looking for a new challenge in a busy outpatient environment?, Being supervised by Registered Nurses, you'll assist the Nursing team in delivering the excellent standard of patient care that you would expect for yourself and your loved ones.
Your duties will involve supporting patients with completing their clinic appointment with the best possible patient journey experience; ensuring patient flow is maintained throughout the department; offering chaperone services where required; engaging with the MDT to ensure clinics run to time and engaging with patients to feedback on their experience within the department.
