Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit highly motivated individual to join our Elderly rehabilitation team on Ward 2 at Blyth community Hospital as a Nursing Assistant.

They will provide a high standard and safe care to all 26 patients , supporting independence and rehab goals, monitoring observations and assisting with activities of daily living, Please note: for Secondment roles before an application is submitted, please ensure you have received the appropriate approval from your current manager and have completed documentation required beforehand (see secondment policy) , as this may delay the process if an offer was to be made., Undertake a range of delegated clinical care duties in hospital.Record patient observations and changes to patient clinical conditions.Carry out limited clinical care duties.Candidate must demonstrate a compassion and caring towards their patients and able to deliver high standard of care. One must possess a good communication and organisational skills.Must be willing to work flexible hours to meet the service needs of our patients which includes, weekends and night shifts.
