Overview Join our friendly and enthusiastic team at Banana Moon Day Nursery in Chipping Norton as a Nursery Practitioner. We pride ourselves on providing a vibrant, nurturing environment where children can play, learn, and grow. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and education to our little ones. Responsibilities

Create a safe and stimulating environment that fosters children's development.
Engage children in fun and educational activities, promoting their physical, social, and emotional growth.
Build strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families.
Monitor and document children's progress and milestones.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a cohesive team atmosphere.
Experience working with young children is preferred.
A genuine interest in child development and early years education.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to childcare.
Relevant qualifications in childcare or early years education are advantageous.
Current DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
First Aid and safeguarding training are a plus, but can be provided.
