Nursery Room Leader: Inspire a High-Performing Early Years Team

Busy Bees in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and embed our Bee Curious curriculum across the centre. You will inspire a team to achieve high standards of care and learning, while building strong relationships with families and supporting staff development.

This is a leadership role in a welcoming, Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery with a focus on safeguarding, progression, and community involvement through our charitable partnerships.
