You will lead and inspire a team of practitioners, ensure best practice and safeguarding standards are maintained, and contribute to providing an outstanding experience for both children and families.

Recognised CACHE Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
Previous experience within an early year or nursery setting
Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children's development
A clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one, Experience required Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool or early years setting as a room leader (minimum), Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
Driving license required No
