Nursery Room Leader

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning and development while creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting children's learning through play and planned activities
Ensuring children's safety and wellbeing at all times
Providing high-quality care, including supporting personal care routines
Contributing to planning and activities in line with the EYFS framework
Monitoring children's development and supporting their individual next steps
Building strong partnerships with parents and providing daily feedback on their child's progress and experiences
Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding Early Years practice

We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience within an Early Years or nursery setting
Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework
Is passionate about supporting children's development
Is caring, enthusiastic, and committed to providing high-quality childcare
Works well as part of a team
Holds an Enhanced DBS check, or is willing to obtain one
