Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children. Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment. Required Qualifications: Ideal Candidate: Level 3 qualification or above in early years education. Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Passionate about fostering childrens development and creating positive relationships with families.
