Nursery Receptionist

To be first point of contact for parents. To deal with parent queries by email, telephone or in person in a timely manner
Process all payments
Process new starter, leaver, transition paperwork
To support the team when necessary
Answer all calls to the centre

Display professionalism at all times
Work quickly and accurately
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Possess excellent organisation skills
Take ownership and see queries through to completion
Work as part of a team
To be IT literate with experience of all MS Office packages
